Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Atelier North offers free exchanges on eligible items within our 30-day returns window. Exchanges can be requested through our Returns Portal or via the Orders section of your customer account.

Once your return request has been submitted, follow the instructions provided and return the item using the free returns label supplied. Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time the return is processed.

Please note

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
