How do I start a return?

To start a return, please visit the orders section of your customer account. If an order is eligible for a return you can initiate a one by clicking the return items button. Once initiated simply complete the returns form by giving a returns reason . Finish by clicking send a returns request. Once your request has been processed you will receive a Royal Mail returns label via email.

You can also request a return using a process that has been highlighted directly by an applicable brand partner. If you choose o go down this route, your return may be subject to a different set of conditions.

Please note

  • You can only submit returns requests online if your order falls within our 30 days returns window
  • You will not be able to submit returns requests for item(s) highlighted as non-returnable within our returns policy
  • Returns requests are processed manually. please allow up to 24 hours for a returns label to be generated.
  • Non-UK Customers can also generate a return by visiting our international Returns Portal
