Delivery Information

Your order will be dispatched directly by each independent brand using shipping rates provided within our checkout; if you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times, in separate packages and may incur additional delivery costs..

An estimated delivery time for each brand shipment is provided in the checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery is typically made Monday to Friday depending upon the courier used.

Delivery Charges

All of our brands retain their indipendance and control their own delivery charges, charges will vary depending on the brand you are purchasing, where your order is coming from and it's destination.

Most brands that we work with offer free delivery. Where possible we have listed the free shipping thresholds and delivery costs charged by each of our bands within the "Shipping" information section on the relevant product page.

Delivery rates and services provided by each of our brands can also be seen at the checkout.

The rates displayed of which are the most up to date and final.

International Delivery (Non-UK)

Most brands we work with fulfil orders to 

• UK
• North America (USA and Canada)
• Europe

We are able to accept orders in almost every country, however, international delivery services and costs are at the mercy of our brands

Whereas we do our upmost to update our international collections to include items that you can receive, the most up to date place to see if one of our brand's deliver to your country is within the checkout. 

Fulfilment Times

This is dependent upon the brand and product(s) that you are purchasing. Most brand's that we work with dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving an order, although this may vary.

Typical working hours for same day dispatch is Monday to Friday 9am-12pm although this cannot be guaranteed.
