What is your returns policy?

Atelier North offers free returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories included.

Returns can be requested through our Orders section of your customer account, where you can generate a free returns label. As orders are fulfilled directly by our independent brand partners, returned items must be returned using the label provided and sent back to the relevant brand for processing.
