What items cannot be returned?

While most items can be returned within our 30-day returns window, certain products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene, safety or customisation reasons.

Non-returnable items include; underwear, swimwear, hosiery, personalised products, customised items and made-to-order products. Beauty, skincare and cosmetic products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
