What condition must returned items be in?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. All original tags, labels, packaging and any accessories supplied with the item must also be included.

Where applicable, items should be returned with their original dust bags, jewellery boxes, protective coverings and branded packaging. We recommend carefully repackaging items to ensure they arrive back in the same condition they were received.
