What happens if my return is lost in transit?

If you have used the return label provided through our Returns Portal, please contact our customer support team if your return appears to be lost in transit. We will work with the courier and the relevant brand to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

We recommend retaining proof of postage and any tracking information until your return has been successfully received and processed.

Please note

  • Items returned using unauthorised shipping methods may not be covered if they are lost in transit.
  • Always use the return label and instructions provided through our returns process when returning an item.
