Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Tracking information can sometimes take time to update after an order has been dispatched. In some cases, tracking events may not appear until the parcel has been scanned at the next stage of its journey.

Delays in tracking updates can also occur during busy periods, customs processing or when a parcel is in transit between courier facilities. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to investigate.

Please note

Orders containing products from multiple brands may be shipped separately and provided with different tracking numbers and delivery timelines.
