Why was my order cancelled?

Occasionally, an order may need to be cancelled due to stock availability issues, payment verification problems, pricing errors or other circumstances that prevent fulfilment.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and any payment taken will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • As Atelier North works with independent brands, stock levels can occasionally change between the time an order is placed and when it is processed.
