What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

While we work closely with our brand partners to maintain accurate inventory levels, stock availability can occasionally change before an order is processed.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, which may include a refund, alternative product or cancellation of the affected item.

Please note

  • Where orders contain items from multiple brands, only the unavailable item may be affected while the remainder of the order continues to be fulfilled.
