What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. To help us investigate the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the fault along with a brief description of the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a return and work with the brand to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, repair or replacement.

Please note

  • Please report any faults as soon as possible after receiving your order.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised alterations may not be considered faulty.
