Are returns free?

Yes. Atelier North offers free returns on eligible items within our 30 day returns window for both refunds and exchanges.

Returns can be requested through our Returns Portal or via the Orders section of your customer account, where you can generate a returns request. As orders are fulfilled directly by our independent brand partners, returned items must be sent back using the label provided where they will be returned to the relevant brand.
